Beechworth Heritage Trail
Ned Kelly country, Bridge Road Brewers, historic streetscapes and gold-rush caves.
Beechworth is the best-preserved gold-rush town in Victoria — honey-coloured granite streetscapes that haven't changed since Ned Kelly stood trial here in 1880. 3.5 hours from the city buys you a country town that takes its food, beer and history seriously.
